Savior Fund SP operates under the regulatory framework of the Cayman Islands, which includes:

Segregated Portfolio Company: The Fund is structured as a Segregated Portfolio under the Companies Act (as revised) of the Cayman Islands.

4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with the Proceeds of Crime Act (as revised), the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations (as revised), and the Guidance Notes on the Prevention and Detection of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing issued by CIMA, Savior Fund SP is required to:

Verify the identity of all investors before accepting subscriptions
Conduct ongoing due diligence on investor relationships
Maintain records of all transactions and identity verification documents
Report suspicious activities to the Financial Reporting Authority (FRA)
Appoint a Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and Deputy MLRO

By investing in the Fund, you agree to provide all necessary documentation for AML/KYC compliance and acknowledge that the Fund may be required to disclose your information to regulatory authorities.

5. Beneficial Ownership Transparency

In accordance with the Beneficial Ownership Transparency Act, 2023 and supporting regulations, Savior Fund SP maintains a register of beneficial owners as required by Cayman Islands law. Information regarding beneficial ownership may be accessible to competent authorities in accordance with applicable legislation.

6. Eligibility

To access and use our Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
Qualify as a "sophisticated person" or "high net worth company" as defined under the Securities Investment Business Act (as revised) of the Cayman Islands
Not be a U.S. Person as defined under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 (unless otherwise permitted)
